By registering for the symposium you agree:

  • to pay a one-off registration fee of €150 before the end of August 2025, regardless of whether you attend one lecture or the entire symposium, which we highly recommend. The bank details are included in the confirmation email, and you will receive an official receipt once the money has arrived.
  • that event photos might be used on AITHYRA communication channels.
  • that there is a limited amount of poster presentations, the organizers will inform the applicants about the outcome by 25 August 2025.
