Please find the booklet with panelists' abstracts and CVs here.

This abstract book will not be printed out for the conference participants, we will only print the program.

Panelist's role:

- All accepted presenters should prepare a lecture of max. 20 minutes. Roundtables: please self-organize within the timeframe allocated for your roundtable.

- While a standard Powerpoint or PDF presentation needs no preannouncement, please let us know if you are planning to use audio or video during your presentation. We can guarantee this only if preannounced three weeks in advance. For video/audio, please test this at your panel venue if possible during one of the earlier breaks or at least very early during the break before your panel.

Chair's role:
- The chairs can find CVs of the presenters in the abstracts book and are responsible for making sure that presenters stick to the 20 minutes limit since we think discussion time is crucial and people need enough time to move between venues during the breaks (ÖAW and VWI are a 6 minutes walk apart).
- We also kindly ask the chairs to help us out with putting up the table name tags of their panel's speakers in case none of the organizers is in the room before the panel, they will be located on or near the table in the order of the panels.
