A virtual tour through the Hofburg

In architecture three-dimensional models have been common for centuries. A new 3D-model of the Hofburg Vienna has now been made using state-of-the-art digital tools and methods. It allows researchers to gain new insights into the specific history of this famous building. OeAW art historian Richard Kurdiovsky explains how this works.
