Wlad Godzich (Władysław Bogusz Godzich, Wladyslaw Bogusz Godzich) (born May 13, 1945 in Germany, raised in France) is a literary critic, literary theorist, translator, and scholar. He is attributed with influencing the conceptualization of modern literary critical theory.
