Venue

The conference will take place at the University of Vienna, Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz 1, 1090 Vienna.

Registration & Fees

Registration opens on May 15. Please note that students are entitled to a reduced conference fee. You can select this category during the registration process, where you will also be required to upload proof of your student status (e.g., a valid student ID or confirmation of enrollment).

Travel and Accommodation

As Vienna is a very busy destination in September, we strongly advise you to book your travel arrangements (flight or train) and accommodation well in advance to ensure availability.

Public Transport in Vienna

Vienna’s subway system, the U-Bahn, consists of five lines (U1, U2, U3, U4, and U6).

  • Frequency: Trains run frequently (usually every 5–10 minutes) from around 5 AM to midnight.

  • Tickets: Valid for all modes of transport, including trams and buses.

Transportation from the Airport (VIE)

  • City Airport Train (CAT): Journey time approx. 16 minutes to "Wien Mitte."

  • S-Bahn (Suburban Train) Line S7: Journey time approx. 25 minutes to "Wien Mitte."
