Project phases and publication
- Interview phase: the aim of the interview phase is to obtain a clearer picture of the horizon of key issues, similarities and differences, beyond known stereotypes and beyond what is already discussed in the literature.
- Workshop phase: up to three (hybrid) workshops will be held during 2023, each taking up two full days. The workshops will discuss the most profitable topics from the interview phase.
- AGIDE report and publication: The results of the workshops and interviews will provide an important basis for the AGIDE report, which will be published in the OeAW series "Akademie im Dialog: Research and Society", as well as in other publications, if appropriate.
Cooperation between Academies of Sciences worldwide
The Austrian Academy of Sciences is looking forward to cooperating on the topic of Digital Ethics and Global Innovation with other Academies of Sciences worldwide, such as, amongst others, the Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSaf), the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AMACAD), the Brazilian Academy of Sciences (ABC), the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities (IASH), the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the Royal Academy of Arts and Sciences of the Netherlands (KNAW).
