…has studied German and English at the University of Vienna and acquired a teaching degree. He worked as a researcher and project coordinator at the Special Research Programme “Deutsch in Österreich” (‘German in Austria’). His research interests lie on the intersection between language variation, culture and the digital, with a special focus on classification in linguistics.
At the ACDH-CH, Markus is part of the newly formed group “Project Management and Consulting”, which is part of the research unit DH Research&Infrastructure. This group works to standardize and formalize the array of ACDH-CH services for projects.
