Peter Zoller awarded Honorary Doctorate from the University of Colorado

Peter Zoller receives an honorary doctorate from the University of Colorado in recognition of his pioneering work in physics and his enduring association with CU Boulder.

Peter Zoller is one of the most influential scientists in the field of quantum optics and quantum information, he was Professor at the University of Colorado for four years and Fellow at JILA before being appointed to the University of Innsbruck. With his work, he has linked quantum optics with other fields of physics and thus laid the foundations for new quantum technologies.
