ESQ Faculty member Philip Walther wins Falling Walls Global Call 2022

Prof. Philip Walther, University of Vienna, and Prof. Roberto Osellame, Italian National Research Council (CNR), are among the Falling Walls Global Call Winners 2022 in the category Engineering and Technology for their work on the Photonic Quantum Memristor.

Falling Walls is an international platform for leaders in science, business, politics, the arts and society. Each year, it invites a distinguished panel of global leaders in science and research to nominate groundbreaking research and scientific breakthroughs that contribute to solving the world's greatest challenges in 10 different categories, including Engineering and Technology.
