Norbert Schuch

Norbert Schuch is Proferssor of Physics and Mathematics at the University of Veinna. He is heading the Research Group "Quantum Information and Quantum Many-Body Physics", located at the Faculty of Physics and the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Vienna. His research interests are at the interface between Quantum Information and Computation on the one hand and the Physics of Complex Quantum Many-Body Systems on the other hand. In his work, he considers the mathematical, physical, and computational aspects of these systems, and enjoys closely combining these different perspectives, as well as analytical and numerical approaches, to get the best possible understanding of those systems.
