Mikhail Baranov

Mikhail Baranov is a Senior Scientist at IQOQI Innsbruck. During his scientific career he worked in several areas of physics including high energy physics, superfluidity and superconductivity in condensed matter systems, quantum Hall Effect, both integer and fractional. Since 1998 Mikhail Baranov has been actively working in the field of ultra-cold atomic and molecular gases, with the focus on many-body quantum phenomena including topological states with Majorana fermions and their applications.
