Group Seminar: OOC: PDE constrained shape optimization and reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces
In the first part of this talk we are going to review basic concepts of shape optimization such as the Eulerian semi-derivative. Then we discuss gradient methods using the domain expression of the shape derivative. In this context kernel reproducing Hilbert spaces play a central role and allow a unification of previously used methods. Finally some numerical results using radial kernels are presented.
