Thomas Fromherz

Thomas Fromherz is associated Professor at the Semiconductor Division of the Semiconductor and Solid State Department of the Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria. In the recent years he has worked on  group-IV semiconducting quantum structures and their application for optoelectronics and integrated telecom photonics. Currently, his main research focus lies on developing quantum optical sources for this material system suitable for CMOS compatible implementation into a SOI integrated optics platform.
