Rüdiger Wolfrum
Rüdiger Wolfrum (born 13 December 1941 in Berlin) is a German jurist and the current professor of international law at the Heidelberg University Faculty of Law and director emeritus of the Heidelberg Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. Wolfrum was a judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea from 1996 to 2017, serving as president of the court from 2005 to 2008. Provided by Wikipedia
