Launch of a new H2020 project

RESPOND - Multilevel Governance of Mass Migration in Europe and Beyond

With the goal of enhancing the governance capacity and policy coherence of the EU, its member states and neighbours, RESPOND is a comprehensive study of migration governance at different levels in the wake of the 2015 “Refugee Crisis”.

At the beginning of December 2017, the project team met for the kick-off at Uppsala University. In the next three years, around 30 scientists from 14 partner institutions in 11 countries within and outside of the EU will probe policy-making processes and policy (in)coherence through comparative research in source, transit and destination countries. The ISR team will be led by Ursula Reeger as the PI for the Austrian part.
