Zsófia Katona graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a master's degree in Information Studies, specializing in Data Science. Her master's thesis concerned computer vision for the automatic detection of predator attacks. Beforehand, she obtained her bachelor's diploma at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in Artificial Intelligence, with a thesis concerning machine learning approaches in the prediction of ungulate browsing behavior in forest habitats.
Derzeitige Forschung
Zsófia is a team member in the ANIML project, where she investigates AI methods applied in the field of animal communication through the study of budgerigars.
