We would like to draw your attention to a conference on "Systems of Governance in the European Insurance Industry" organised by the European Law Institute. On Thursday, 10 October 2019, renowned experts will discuss key issues such as the system of governance according to Solvency II, the implementation of key functions of insurance undertakings in the EU, internal control systems, and the effectiveness of the compliance function.
