The ECSEL-Austria technology platform awarded the Master’s thesis of Ms. Katharina Ruderes with the Young Academic Award 2021.
The thesis titled"Reliability of copper-fiber reinforced laminates found in printed circuit boards" performed with a collaboration with AT&S.
