Ingrid Setz joined the Wittgenstein Centre in September 2020. She is part of the Demography of Austria research group and working in the Climate, Health and Population (CHAP) project team. Ingrid’s research focus is on the intersections between population dynamics and environmental change. In particular, she is interested in the role of population heterogeneity and differential vulnerabilities to climatic changes.
Prior to joining the VID, Ingrid was contributing to research projects on monitoring and evaluating sustainable development in the European Union at the Institute of Managing Sustainability (WU). She holds a Master's of Science in Economics (major in Mathematics) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
