Degree in Architecture from the Lusíada University at Lisboa (1997). Master degree in Geosciences, field of Environment and Territory Planning, from the University of Coimbra (2008). Doctorate in Archaeology from the University of Cambridge (2019). Specialised in geoarchaeology, sediment analysis and landscape studies. Since April 2019, research associate at the ÖAI/ÖAW in the frame of the FWF-Zukunftskolleg funded project »Temenos and Territory«.
