Prix d'Épigraphie for Sebastian Prignitz

Award for the best monograph in the field of Greek epigraphy between 2017 and 2022

On 2 September 2022, Sebastian Prignitz received the Prix d’Épigraphie, the award for the best monograph in the field of Greek epigraphy between 2017 and 2022, presented by the Association Internationale d'Épigraphie Grecque et Latine (AIEGL) at the Congress of Greek and Latin Epigraphy in Bordeaux.
Sebastian Prignitz wrote the monograph entitled »Bauurkunden und Bauprogramm von Epidauros II (350-300). Abaton - Kleisia - Temple of Aphrodite Artemistemple - Theatre - Epidoteion ἐπὶ Κυνὸς σκανάματα« as part of a Lise Meitner Fellowship at the OeAW (2016–2017) and as a staff member of the former Institute of the Cultural History of Antiquity (IKANT).

 

The publication will be published by C. H. Beck. on 13 October.
