IWF slowly returns to normal operation

The ÖAW buildings, which were temporarily closed due to the measures to contain the coronavirus, will be reopened to employees from May onwards.

The buildings of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW), which have been closed since 17 March 2020, will be made accessible again from 4 May. This means that IWF staff members will be able to return to their workplaces at the institute in compliance with the applicable hygiene and safety regulations.

For safety reasons, other persons are allowed to visit IWF only in exceptional cases and after prior notification and permission.

The best way to contact employees is via the individual email addresses (firstname.surname@oeaw.ac.at)
