Brief Biography
Philipp Dittinger was born in 1984 in Melk (Lower Austria). From 2002 to 2010, he studied history at the University of Vienna, and subsequently was a junior researcher at the Austrian Biographical Encyclopedia from 2010 to 2011. From January to August 2012, he worked as a freelance historian and joined the Austrian Biographical Encyclopedia as multi-media and special editor in September 2012.
