Philipp Dittinger is a junior researcher in the Cultural Heritage Research Unit and works on the Austrian Biographical Encyclopedia.

Brief Biography


Philipp Dittinger was born in 1984 in Melk (Lower Austria). From 2002 to 2010, he studied history at the University of Vienna, and subsequently was a junior researcher at the Austrian Biographical Encyclopedia from 2010 to 2011. From January to August 2012, he worked as a freelance historian and joined the Austrian Biographical Encyclopedia as multi-media and special editor in September 2012.
