Text technology for Neo-Latin Studies

This workshop offered an introduction to the use of digital tools in Neo-Latin research, including an introduction to the corpus query engine No Sketch Engine and the stylo package, a suite of stylometric tools for the programming language R.

The workshop Text Technology for Neo-Latin Studies was hosted by the ACDH and organized in cooperation with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Neo-Latin Studies and the project Benedictines, Church Reform, and the State in Austria, 1720-1740 (FWF P 28016), located at the Department of History, University of Vienna. It provided a first glance on digital tools which can be used to enrich, curate and query Neo-Latin corpora.
