Klemens Wagner has been a member of the go!digital project ‘Österreichische Dialektkartographie 1924-1956. Digitalisierung, Kontextualisierung, Visualisierung’ (‘Austrian Dialect Cartography 1924-1956. Digitalization, Contextualization, Visualization’) since joining the team as a student assistent in January 2018. From April to December 2017 he was a student asssistent for the Wörterbuch der Bairischen Mundarten in Österreich (‘Dictionary of the Bavarian Dialects in Austria’ WBÖ) at the research department, ‘Variation und Wandel des Deutschen in Österreich’ (‘Variation and Change of German in Austria’).
After finishing his studies in German Philology at the University of Vienna, during which he did an internship at the project Variantenwörterbuch des Deutschen - NEU (‘Lexicon of German Standard Varieties’ VWB), he started a masters’ programme in the same field, which he is currently still working on.
Besides his ongoing university studies, he has been doing the Psychotherapeutisches Propädeutikum (Psychotherapeutic Preperation Course) at the Wiener Psychoanalytische Akademie (Viennese Psychoanalytical Academy) since 2016, which is the first part of the training and education required to become a psychotherapist.
