... has studied Popular Music and Media at the University of Paderborn. His interests include pop culture, gender- and queer studies as well as media studies. Playing the double bass he has a background as a musician and has worked as an intern and as a volunteer at Radio FRO in Linz.
At the ACDH-CH, Amsel is responsible for administrative matters concerning the research unit Literary&Textual Studies. He also supports the research unit Musicology as an office administrator in Giulia Cola's absence. As part of the Central Office's communication team he works on the ACDH-CH-website, Twitter, Mastodon and YouTube account as well internal communication.
