The Institute of Mathematical Methods in Economics (research group on Operations Research and Control Systems and research group Economics ) of the Vienna University of Technology organizes in collaboration with the Vienna Institute of Demography of the Austrian Academy of Sciences an
International Workshop on
Heterogeneous Dynamic Models of Economic and Population Systems
The workshop will take place at the ÖAW (A-1040 Vienna, Wohllebengasse 12-14, seminar rooms 1 and 2, ground floor) on 4 and 5 December, 2009.
Topics of the workshop may include economics, demography, epidemiology, social sciences, biological resources, etc. The common feature has to be that HETEROGENEITY is involved in a DYNAMIC (OPTIMIZATION) consideration.
