The annual Austrian TA conference, which is organised by the ITA, will take place on 3 June at the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna.
The topic "Security as Technique" highlights the current trend in politics and the media to equal the state of being secure or safe to having the latest technology. The conference will highlight less popular aspects like individual freedom, privacy and social security.
As the conference language is German, both the related news and the conference website, which contains the call for papers and the program, are only available in German.
