Die Abteilung "Internationale Beziehungen und Forschungsservice" unterstützt Wissenschafter(innen) an den Forschungseinrichtungen der ÖAW bei der Abwicklung von EU-Projekten.

Angeboten wird die Betreuung von EU-Projekten in allen administrativen Belangen: Antragstellung, Vertragsverhandlung, Vertragsabschluss, Abrechnung, Certificate on the Financial Statements (FP7) / Audit-Zertifikats (FP6), Projektabschluss.

Wir bitten vor der Antragstellung auch um möglichst frühzeitige Kontaktaufnahme mit der Abteilung "Internationale Beziehungen und Forschungsservice".

  • NEW GUIDE TO FINANCIAL ISSUES:

The provisions of the Grant Agreement to your FP7 project are binding.
The Commission issued a number of guidance documents in order to provide for interpretational help. Among these documents is the Guide to Financial Issues which is indispensable in order to better understand the rules.

On 18 March 2013 an amended version of the Guide to Financial Issues relating to FP7 Indirect Actions was published. For the latest version please consult:

A correct and reliable time-recording system is the basis for the calculation of personnel costs. Personnel costs are only eligible for funding by the European Commission if the basic requirements of the Guide to Financial Issues - including those on time-recording - are met. In order to be strictly in compliance with the requirements please make sure that your time-recording is in accordance with the above mentioned Guide to Financial Issues p. 55 et seq.

As an additional service and by no means substituting the GA or the Guide we provide you with a checklist which should help you to record your time on the EU-project in line with these prerequisites.

Please make sure that your correct timesheet is submitted to forschungsservice@oeaw.ac.at by the 15th of the month following the month of time-recording.
