All participants will need to register and pay for conference attendance.
Below you find the registration form for the conference. You will be able to fill out this document online and mail it to
Romy.Woehlert@assoc.oeaw.ac.at.
Please note: To fill out the registration form online and send it back via e-mail, you need at least Adobe Acrobat Version 8.
If you have any technical problems with the form, we suggest that you print it out and fax it to our office

Conference Packages
You are able to choose between the following conference packages:
PACKAGE 1 (= 25 Euros) only covers the participation fee for the symposium (only Friday: 15 Euros; only Saturday: 10 Euros).
PACKAGE 2 (= 100 Euros) covers the participation fee for the symposium, an opening reception on Thursday evening (5 March), lunch and a conference dinner on Friday evening (6 March).
PACKAGE 3 (full package = 400 Euros) covers the participation fee for the symposium, accommodation (from 5-8 March), an opening reception on Thursday evening (5 March), lunch and a conference dinner on Friday evening (6 March).
PACKAGE 4 (double-room package = 500 Euros) can be booked in case you would like, for instance, to bring a private partner or share the room with another participant. The package covers the participation fee for you and the person accompanying you, accommodation in a double room (from 5-8 March), an opening reception on Thursday evening (5 March), as well as lunch and a conference dinner on Friday evening (6 March) for both persons.
If you chose Package 4, please also list in the registration form the name of this 2nd person, since we need this information for the reservation of hotel room.
Please note: Due to the fact that numerous congresses will take place in Vienna during the first week of March 2009, it may be very difficult to reserve hotel rooms during that period. Therefore, we already have reserved a contingent of rooms for the period of the conference, which can be booked as part of PACKAGE 3 or 4.
Registration Deadline
Registration deadline for Packages 1 and 2 is March 6, 2009.
It is possible to pay the fees for both packages upon arrival, i.e. when you sign up for the conference in Vienna.
Registration deadline for Packages 3 and 4 is February 28, 2009.
Fees for both packages have to be paid via bank transfer.
At the bottom of the form you will find our bank account information for the payment of the package fees.
