Welcome to the website for the 2013 conference of the International and Intercultural Communication section of the German Communication Association (DGPuK).
The conference is hosted by the Institute for Comparative Media and Communication Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Alpen-Adria-University of Klagenfurt in cooperation with the Department of German, Dutch and Scandinavian Studies at Comenius University in Bratislava and the Austrian Foreign Ministry.
The conference will be held in Vienna and Bratislava from 4-5 October 2013.
It will be introduced by a PhD workshop on October, 3.

Abstracts for paper proposals can be submitted until 15 May 2013. Please send your proposal (using a PDF file) to the organizers (cmc@oeaw.ac.at).
All submitters will be informed about the outcome of the selection process by 15 June 2013, 2013.
